- Leveraging the District’s unique existing strengths and assets to build an environment that creates new opportunities for enterprise activation, experimentation and scaling.
- Fostering connections between different enterprise capabilities across the District, to attract shared investment and talent flows and leverage comparative advantage for Melbourne and the District’s partners.
- Building enterprise skill development for students and district communities.
