Acknowledgement of Country

RMIT University acknowledges the people of the Woi Wurrung and Boon Wurrung language groups of the eastern Kulin Nation on whose unceded lands we conduct the business of the University.

RMIT University respectfully acknowledges their Ancestors and Elders, past and present. RMIT also acknowledges the Traditional Custodians and their Ancestors of the lands and waters across Australia where we conduct our business.

JiangSu-Victoria Innovation Centre

MID has worked together with the Australia China Association of Scientist and Entrepreneurs (ACASE) to create the JiangSu-Victoria Innovation Centre a seed capital-backed incubator in Melbourne and a VC-backed accelerator in Suzhou.

The first “Sunan Cup” Startup Competition for the  Innovation Centre, a business plan competition with six finalists invited to the Suzhou and visits with potential investors and partners, began in July 2017.
