Acknowledgement of Country

The Melbourne Innovation Districts (MID) acknowledges the people of the Woi Wurrung and Boon Wurrung language groups of the eastern Kulin Nation on whose unceded lands we conduct the business of MID.

MID respectfully acknowledges their Ancestors and Elders, past and present. MID also acknowledges the Traditional Custodians and their Ancestors of the lands and waters across Australia where we conduct our business.

RMIT Activator

RMIT Activator is a tailored initiative that helps students, staff and researchers to grow and develop successful start-up ventures.

To support this business activation RMIT has also developed a broader ‘entrepreneurial ecosystem’ that will interact with the RMIT Activator to amplify its positive impact. In 2017 RMIT created the Activator Capital Fund that has more than $7 million available to support pre-seed funding for successful RMIT Activator start-ups.
